a nice quality of life update: if a machine requires an additional "device" (qsound, ym2612, etc) it will now be listed in the download information section. no more missing files!

all sets are now merged instead of split. this makes it easier to ensure the game you want to play has all the files you need!
they are also compressed in 7z, as solid compression is a huge space saver.
